I am a therapist that recognizes that are limited safe spaces in the world to lay down our psychological/relational burdens, so I do not take the privilege of being invited into my client's most private and protected worlds lightly.

During individual therapy, we will meet one on one. This service is provided virtually from the comfort of your home. We will meet to explore your needs and what you envision for change. We will set goals as the foundation of your therapy. I will assist you through the exploration of your goals to help you identify tools and skills to cultivate growth, change, and empowerment.

*I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that may assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company or assist you in meeting your deductible.
